Why do I have to check my sales data?
Business people often conduct market analysis on potential customers to feel out their target market’s interest and preferences. Coupled with the internal sales data from your business, these information can help drive your business direction and help you make informed choices to respond to market changes, competitor activity, customer preferences and company-wide campaigns. Here we will show you how to access your internal sales data.
Retrieving a sales report
[1] Click Setting

[2] Specify a period for a sales report and click Search.
[3] Payment data during the period will be listed up. Click Sum of Period.
[4] Click EXCEL to download your sales data file.
[5] Open the excel file once download is completed.
Understanding sales report
The report consists of the following sections.
- Total Revenue
Total Revenue section shows break-down of total revenue by payment mode. You may find out your customers’ preferences – whether they prefer Paynow to credit card, Master to Visa, or etc.
In addition, you can check how much discount you gave to customers, total amount of GST payable, and so on. - Product Summary
Product Summary section shows which products of your store are popular. There are many ways to use the data. For example, you can use this data to develop new menu or decide amount of ingredients to order. - Hourly Sales Summary
Hourly Sales Summary shows sales amount by hours. You can use this data to find out when is the most busiest time of your restaurant and to estimate the number of customers of tomorrow by comparing with past sales data.
