NPOS Trouble Shoot – Printer
If your printer is connected through USB, then suddenly it is not working. You can try these steps to fix the problem
1.) First, you have to identify first the name and the number of the printer that is not working. So, from the main page of the NPOS, click the printer icon.
2.) Then you can see the names of the printers that is connected to your POS.
3.) First search “control panel “ in your task bar.
4.) Then you can see “Hardware and Sound”. Under “Hardware and Sound” click on “View Devices and Printer”
5.) Click on the printer that is not working
6.) Lastly click “Port ‘ and scroll down until you will see “USB” in the “Port” area then “Unknown Printer” in the description area. Once you find it, make sure that it is “checked” if not click the box to put a check. then press “OK”
