How to use Barcode Scanner

A barcode scanner, also called a barcode reader, is a device that has the ability to read data from a printed barcode. There are 2 types of Barcode Scanners, you can have the Handheld Barcode Scanner or a Stationary Barcode Scanner.
Just simply connect the Barcode Scanner to the POS via USB and you will hear a sound indication that it is on.
Next, long press the button at the center of the handheld scanner while placing the beam light at the center of the barcode and wait for the scanner to pick up the data. You may have to move the scanner light up and down the bar code to get a reading.
In the case of a stationary scanner, such as the kind cashiers use at major supermarkets, the user must bring the product to the scanner to read the barcode.
