How much is my delivery fee as a customer?

The delivery fee on NEON varies depending on the area you live in and each restaurant’s delivery policy. You can check your delivery fee accordingly at Your Cart. Follow the steps below to learn more.

To check how much your delivery fee is:

1. Add items you’d like to order to Cart
2. Go to Your Cart by clicking the cart icon on the right bottom

3. Select the date and timing and key in the postal code to receive your order. If your order amount meets the min. order amount required and the address is correct, the delivery fee to the location will be calculated automatically and shown in the price box.

Note:

Every restaurant has a min. order amount for delivery. You won’t be able to see the delivery fee if your order amount is less than the required amount.
According to some restaurants’ policies, some areas are not available for delivery due to certain limitations. For more detailed information, it is best you contact the restaurant directly.
