Dining-in will once again be suspended from Jul 22 until Aug 18, as Singapore battles a rise in cases linked to the Jurong Fishery Port cluster. Group sizes for social gatherings will also be reduced from 5 to 2, effectively returning to Phase 2 (Heightened Alert).
