How to change the payment method?
- Go to “Setting”
- Find the desired order, Click “View”
- Find the payment method that you want to change to, click on the “All”
- Click “Change Payment”
How to cancel the payment?
- Go to “Setting”
- Find the desired order, Click on the “View”
- Click on the “Cancel Payment”
How to print the bill?
- Go to “Setting”
- Find the desired order, Click on the “View”
- Cick on the “Bill”
If appear another Windows, how to go back POS main screen?
- Place your finger on the left of the screen and then slide it to the right.
- Multiple windows will appear
- Click on the “NPOS – Google Chrome” window.
I’m in the main screen, but I cannot scan the product
- Check the “barcode” in the top left corner to see if the pointer is flashing.
- If it is not, press and hold the “barcode” until the pointer starts to flash.
If there are something changes, but not reflect on the computer
- Click the “Exit” in the top right corner
- Click the “Log out”, and then you will go back to the login page
- Click the “Log in”
If I mistakenly entered the wrong amount and payment method for this order, can I modify the order amount?
- No, it is not possible to modify the order amount. The system does not support changing the order amount. You can try canceling the order and then re-entering the order information again.
While closing settlement, then system no let me close the settlement
- Please check the recall section
- Finish all the recall section orders, then you are allowed to close the settlement
