How to change the payment method?

  • Go to “Setting”
  • Find the desired order, Click “View”
  • Find the payment method that you want to change to, click on the “All”
  • Click “Change Payment”

How to cancel the payment?

  • Go to “Setting”
  • Find the desired order, Click on the “View”
  • Click on the “Cancel Payment”

How to print the bill?

  • Go to “Setting”
  • Find the desired order, Click on the “View”
  • Cick on the “Bill”

If appear another Windows, how to go back POS main screen?

  • Place your finger on the left of the screen and then slide it to the right.
  • Multiple windows will appear
  • Click on the “NPOS – Google Chrome” window.

I’m in the main screen, but I cannot scan the product

  • Check the “barcode” in the top left corner to see if the pointer is flashing. 
  • If it is not, press and hold the “barcode” until the pointer starts to flash.

If there are something changes, but not reflect on the computer

  • Click the “Exit” in the top right corner
  • Click the “Log out”, and then you will go back to the login page
  • Click the “Log in”

If I mistakenly entered the wrong amount and payment method for this order, can I modify the order amount?

  • No, it is not possible to modify the order amount. The system does not support changing the order amount. You can try canceling the order and then re-entering the order information again.

While closing settlement, then system no let me close the settlement

  • Please check the recall section
  • Finish all the recall section orders, then you are allowed to close the settlement
