A combination of factors such as vaccination effectiveness, level of vaccination as well as the COVID-19 status in other parts of the world will play a part in Singapore’s approach towards post-circuit breaker reopening, but moving out of Phase 3 is not expected to be “anytime soon” according to Senior Minister of State for Health Janil Puthucheary.
